Invitation for Bid for Passenger Mini Van

Summary

Notice is hereby given that Kentucky River Area Development (KRADD) will receive sealed bids for a 2024 - 7 to 8 Passenger Mini Van. No bidder’s conference will be held. Questions should be addressed to KRADD Executive Director in writing no later than four (4) days prior to the bid opening. All potential bidders may send questions in an email to Michelle@kradd.org or call 606-436-3158.

Written responses or notice of any changes will be posted on KRADD’s website at https://www.kradd.org no less than 48 hours prior to bid opening. The bidder must comply with all specified items, or the bid will be considered non-responsive. No exceptions to the specifications will be allowed after the bid opening. KRADD will select the lowest price that meets all of the specifications listed. All bids need to be in the KRADD office at 941 North Main St Hazard, KY 41701 by or before 12 Noon EST on March 4, 2024. The sealed bids will be opened March 4, 2024 by 4 pm.

Bidders are advised that bids submitted as part of this bid offering may not be withdrawn for a minimum of 90 days following the public bid opening. All bids need to be on letterhead with specifications of the vehicle (model, year, seating, etc.) and include the cost of the vehicle.

KRADD hereby notifies all bidders that in consideration and award of a contract that a minority or disadvantaged business enterprise will be afforded an opportunity to participate in response to this advertisement and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, sex, creed, religion, color, or national origin.
